add a site favicon #92

This will make it appear more nicely when added as a shortcut on a mobile device. We have a single one now, but we need more formats, as outlined here https://github.com/audreyr/favicon-cheat-sheet

I have made these files, but what path should they be in? static/ favicon? How should we explicitly specify the browser-specific/device-specific tags?

just need to add tags for them that have an href that points to the right place.
