As a Developer, I want to set up the Django environment to secure the secret keys, so that I do not expose the keys in an insecure way

Tasks

[x] Task 1 – Create an env.py file to store the environment variables needed such as the api keys and DB secret keys
[x] Task 2 – Amend the Django code to point to the new locations for the secret keys
[x] Task 3 – Add the env.py file to the .gitignore file so that it does not get pushed to GitHub
