Added 'skip' configuration. #3

I think 'skip' configuration is convenience. Currently I use it to make installation before testing fast.

You can do this with profiles, but since you've done the work and it's less verbose than dealing with profiles, I'm good with it. Sorry it took me so long to get to this.
