Unit Test + bumping version of rhino to 1.7R4 + r.js 2.0.6 #4

Hi Mcheely,

I bumped the version of rhino to 1.7R4 to get some performance benefits + updated r.js JavaScript to 2.0.6 (latest release) + adding the unit test for Optimizer.

Hopefully you can review and update the master with these improvements.

This looks good. I've always been a bit ashamed of the lack of tests - thanks for taking care of it for me.
