Suggestion: Allow other fires to also light torches

Examples:

• Standard Minecraft fire (like burning wood, burning netherack)
• Tough as Nail's camp fire
• No Tree Punching's fire pit and fire starter

Seconding this one. I really want to have people start with a campfire (specifically from Rik Muld's Camping Mod) to light their torches.
