Update to 1.12.2 #20

Had to remove the gauntlet recipe when the loot config option is disabled as recipes are now registered purely using JSON.

Perhaps there's a way to add this functionality back, but everything else seems to be in tact/working from my tests.

I've also moved the registration of things to the main class as they're done via events now.

I also named the version 3.0.0 as the recipe is no longer functional - Not sure how you handle your versioning, so feel free to change that.

Thanks so much for the update and sorry for the massive delay in even acknowledging it. This semester has been crazy. I'll be merging this and releasing a build on Curse in a few days, after exams.
