So I was reading about the mod being a hardcore death mechanic, I thought of an idea to make it really useful in hardcore mode. Basically, when you're playing Hardcore mode with your single life, it would be super cool if when you died, you had one chance to kill your soul that would be locked to be only killable by the person who died. If you died before getting your soul back, then your true Hardcore game would end. But I feel like this hardcore mechanic would fit in perfectly with Hardcore mode. It would give you a chance to keep playing even if you died to something unpredictable like a mod explosion or bug or something. It keeps the hardcore theme but would also prevent you from just throwing in the towel on Hardcore mode and cheating into regular survival or giving up your world. Being hardcore, you'll probably be carrying your best equipment making the Soul fight a real showdown.
