Support leesei/logcat.tmLanguage #23

The original ADB was based on quarnster/ADBView. I've written another syntax (with better scopes) at leesei/logcat.tmLanguage.

Sorry I haven't gotten back to you, things have been pretty hectic, but they've since calmed down a lot, so I can focus on my Github work a little more. Would you mind linking me to some example files that contain all these scopes so I can test them out?
