Describe the issue

I've noticed that the MIDAS server is unable to create accounts. When I tried to create an account, I got the following message back from the server: "An error has occurred." Furthermore, the password reset page provided by MIDAS errors as well regarding a failure to reach the mail server.

Seems the error in their server has been fixed. I had to create a (third) new account, but it works now.
