Moved Profile.js and SetupProfile.js into a pages folder from components
On sign up users are directed to SetupProfile.js page to add their username (TODO: give users option to upload profile pic)
Profile page will show user Display Name when logged in
If a user is logged in the 'Sign Up' button will be hidden on the NavBar
