Fixed looping through SQLServer list in Internal.ps1 as foreach() has ......wrong path in XML config
Fixed Start-StatsToGraphite.ps1 not using SQLMetrics polling interval, it used the generic one in top of Config.
Added: Feature to process multiple rows in SQL statements, rather than a single value. Usefull for polling multiple SQL stats in One query.

-Added: StatsToGraphiteConfig.xml example of how to use MultiRow SQL statements.
