Add ability to override hostname via the XML config #5

This allows you to specify a hostname such as FQDN that will match Linux hosts using Collectd. My editor also removed a ton of extra spaces

Hey @tas50, can you confirm if there needs to be a change to the .xml config file to make this work?

I would like to get this merged :)
