Vehicle storage #106

Since cars are going to be pretty expensive people are going to want to store them so they don't have to pay for them every time they join. For this we're gonna have vehicle storage. It will need to be automatic in case the client crashes too. Dedicated garages won't be a good idea so we need a better way to spawn them in, F3 GUI tab probably, only appears if you have a vehicle out or stored.

Use an entity like VCmod does. To spawn them in and store them

That would require map support and some sort of garage building for it to work properly surely?

Yeah but its not like you don't have that already (ATM system) as for the garage building there are loads
