Fixed an issue where the streams returned by StreamClient.GetAsync(...) were very slow to read, due to recent YouTube changes.
Fixed an issue where two instances of VideoQuality were incorrectly treated as equal if they had the same MaxHeight and Framerate but different Label. That meant that, for example, a 1080p60 and 1080p60 HDR playback options were considered the same when filtering available streams by quality.
