Port to .NET 6 #81

There are many good reasons to move to .NET 6, and .NET Framework is also deprecated now as well for a long time. Moved the troubleshooter to .NET 6 as well.

Troubeshooter

Removed the Update .NET button as a popup appears if the required .NET Runtime is not installed anyway.
