Add audible click option to metronome #19

User should be able to select the output device, and a few different options for sound would be nice to have. Sound files can live in the resources folder somewhere, allowing power users to add their own.

An application-wide preferences pane would be useful too. The user would be able to select the sound from there, and be able to mute it on the metronome itself. Added "requires new version" tag because we should save the setting.

Putting this in app-wide preferences for now, which eliminates the need for a new version. A new version may allow for file-specific preferences, so putting that in a separate issue.
