New cue dialog should pre-populate song selector to most recently used song #31

Right now it just starts with the first song, which is almost never what you want.

Alternate idea: song should pre-populate with the same song that is selected in the cue list editor

Done. Song is pre-populated with either the selected song, or the last song if none is selected.
