Compile for all asterisk 1.6 branches 0 1 2

This parch applies on uni-asterisk 1.2.
It permits to compile 1.6.0 and 1.6.1 branches

I didn't know if someone is using this ancient 1.6.x branches, but it's a way 
to check that compat macros are working well.
