Help verify that "Greet new contributor" Action is working correctly for new Issues and Pull Requests #78

An automated bot has been added to this project that should greet a first time user with an automated message when they create an issue or a pull request in this project for the first time.

Help us verify this is working as expected! Do two simple things:

Create a test Issue to see if the bot greets you
Create a test Pull Request to see if the bot greets you

That's it! Thank you very much for your help, I'll approve quickly to ensure you get credit for Hacktoberfest 2021!

Thanks to @sohamp19 for completing this - closing the issue now that hacktoberfest 2021 is over and we've had a successful test run.
