1) "The whole game is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License."

Unless you got permission, you can't distribute the works from OGA under that license. Hyptosis's art pack doesn't seem to have a license specified. Flashkit probably also probably does not permit re-licensing assets.

2) You should include credits in-game or at least below the game on http://bombergirl.matousskala.cz/ see 4.c of creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/legalcode

Thanks for a notice.

1) The assets from OGA I am using are licensed under CC BY-NC-SA. I have a permission from Hyptosis to use the tiles in any way I want. The explosion sound is licensed as freeware.

2) I have added credits to the footer of the page.

The OGA assets are licensed under CC-BY-SA, this license is not compatible with its -NC version.

Note: I wasn't saying that you aren't allowed to use anything but only that you're not allowed to release some of the art under CC-BY-NC-SA

Thanks, now I see the point. I have changed the license info to license only the code and soundtrack. Other assets keep their original licenses. Hope it is OK now.
