Currently the CSS is kinda half-baked.

[ ] Choose a font - perhaps embed one for cross platform rendering?
[ ] Highlight home row keys
[ ] Shade thumb/edge keys
[ ] Fix shift text positioning
[ ] Add "hold" text to layer buttons
[ ] Add actual MoErgo glyph to Magic key?
