Using ACLK with EasyMSP without a crystal provides unexpected results in 
execution and modules. Newest revision fixes issue by setting ACLK to VLO.

Also it should be noted that EMI and other noise on the XTAL pins can affect 
ACLK if user is attempting to source a crystal.
