Name: History Command Bug
Description: When the history command is given other user's id or as arguement, it still shows it's own user's history punishement
To Reproduce:
As a Regular Member, type in !history <other-user's-id> NOT YOUR OWN, For Exanple: !history 40074371295254937
Observe
Expected Result: It's supposed to show an you cannot view other user's history punishement or something like this, or just nothing
Actual Result: It still shows your own punishments
Optional Stuff: the command should be executed/typed in only by It's own's user User ID or an @me or it's own user's mentions and etc.
P.S. If it is not counted as bug, and it's just implemented like this, let me know here and discord, Thanks
P.S. 2: If i need to edit something, also let me know lol
Edit: pretty much without arguements or abive will work well to view our own punishments
