Support Jane Street 0.14 #12

The 0.14 series of Jane Street libraries has arrived, and travesty doesn't yet support it.

This is sort-of blocked by ocamlformat, which depends on Jane Street 0.12 through 0.13. Depending on how long it takes for a version of ocamlformat supporting 0.14 to arrive, I'll eventually get around to bumping to 0.14 on here.
