HW-1.1: Test the water pump and ensure that: 1) It has compatible voltage requirements to what the Arduino can output 2) It has sufficient power to pump water up a tube and into a flower pot.

Pump was tested with the arduino 3.3V pin and was able to pump water up a pipe and into a nearby container. This pump should be sufficient for our needs.
