request: seperation of charging mode and non-charging mode services. #214

I have used another app (https://github.com/sriharshaarangi/BatteryChargeLimit) that would only run when charger is connected and disconnected.
can this app also also separate its services so that it doesn't run when charger is not connected.
I think the service that always runs in the temperature checking.
can that be separated so that it doesn't run if user haven't selected temperature checking.
