Prevents Charging sometimes. #239

I plugged in my phone when I realised it wasn't charging at all. I restarted my phone and it would charge but after a while it would stop again. I then stopped AccA service and checked and it started charging.

I'm on the POCO M4 Pro 4G, CherishOS 4.12 rooted with magisk.
