Implement tutorial feedback

User Story As someone who doesn't play games often, I'd like the tutorial to be improved, so that it's easy for everyone to pick up.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add pics of 4/8 sided dice in tutorial (for those who haven't seen what they are before)
• Move ability page before combat page (as combat page references things not learnt yet)
• On the ability page, note three letter acronym next to/before each name
• On the hotkey menu, for H, put help/tutorial
