Change hp to health

User Story As a human, I'd like hp o be changed to health, so that it is consistent with 'mana'

Acceptance Criteria

• In the journal, when you level up, it should say 'gained X health and Y mana', rather than 'gained X hp and Y mana'
• ideally, change anywhere else that 'hp' is displayed to 'health
