Dataset SCARF tuning

• [x] Slow down every sequence to 1/4 or 1/8 speed
• [x] Put text on videos
• [x] Put frame videos to compare
• [ ] Understand the role of the "block" parameter in order to fine-tune the SCARF sequences
• [x] If it's a fast process -> test the reliability of descriptors by doing feature matching
• [x] Create a Dockerfile to move onto the Alienware/workstation
• [ ] Generate 3D models
• [ ] Extract 3D features
