I have used the current version_2_1 branch with recent commits to check the packaging of IsoSpec for Debian. This pull request contains all what it necessary to succesfully package IsoSpec 2.1.3 when it will be released.
Beware (I do not know if GitHub allows making cherry-picks), I had to remove the dll files and the man/html man/latex/ and man/man directories from the source tree, because I build all that stuff dynamically (we do not want prebuilt stuff in source packages).
I tested the built library against my mineXpert2 software and it seems to work fine (I could go from formula to simulated mass spectrum).
