Filament out detection procedure

Feature Request

Problem Currently for whatever reason no message gets sent via text on filament out. Also the procedure currently does not lift the extruder high enough and some more instructions should be given to not dump filament on the print

Solution

1. Notify the user via text
2. Move nozzle up higher to not heat section too much
3. Tell user to cover the print as during the unload load procedure filament is ejected onto the part being printed which at best is a cosmetic problem and at worst will be an obstacle for the nozzle and can knock everything out of shape
