Open Slicer Settings Side menu then the Fillament Tab and Select Advance menu level from the 3 pips menu.
Scroll down to Minimum Speed Always. Default is 0 seconds.
Mouse over that box and read the popup hint text.
Expected Behavior
Would expect it to describe the value requirements for the Minimum Speed Always setting.
Actual Behavior
It says: "The minimum speed at which the layer cooling fan will run, expressed as a percentage of full power, regardless of layer time."
So, either the popup message is right and it's actually a % of speed, which might explain why my fan doesn't run while printing as the default is 0. Or it is a number of seconds, which doesn't make sense logically, however the pop description does make sense, but the field is just named incorrectly. Either way it's some kind or error/bug.
