Unusual Slicing Behaivior #5427

Bug Report

Steps to Reproduce

  1. create part with MatterControl
  2. 30 x 30 10 mm block
  3. add 5, 10 and 15mm holes and substrate from block
  4. Use Ultimaker 2 profile
  5. layer thickness to 0.2mm
  6. first layer thickness to .3mm
  7. top and bottom at 1mm
  8. fill at 0.2
  9. slice part

Expected Behavior successful slice

Actual Behavior extraneous slice artifacts in top layer with settings indicated Check a few other layer setting. No issues.
