GUI Tests List

We need tests for the following GUI behaviors. This may be broken into sub-issues in the future.

• [ ] Menu
  • [ ] Recent files respect current project type
• [ ] Toolbar
  • [ ] Byte converters
  • [ ] Instruction decoder is only present when a project is active.
  • [ ] Instruction decoder respects current project's ISA.
  • [ ] Instruction decoder is blank when given invalid value.
  • [ ] String decoder show unicode placeholder for unprintable characters.
  • [ ] String decoder is always the same height, even in different fonts.
    • That is, it doesn't switch to a different-sized fallback font.
  • [ ] Stepping
  • [ ] micro / isa steps are hidden if unusable
  • [ ] Debugging controls respect current state of the project
• [ ] CPU Pane
  • [ ] Decoded Operand is 0,1, or 2 bytes
  • [ ] OS / (operand) are hidden for unary instructions and not hidden for SCALL-like (unary at ISA3, non-unary at ASMB5).
