internationalization files to include in installer #484

should the following files be included in the installer? 

messages.mo
messages.po
languageParse.py 
msgfmt.py
pygettext.py

I like the idea of moving all non-canvas related files to includes dir. 
the os-specific files into their respective dirs. 
So the only think from the root dir is the version.txt and licence.txt files. 
this will make the the installer scripts easier to maintain.
