Checking the API of widgets.

For Button; 
1 - what is the purpose of disabled?  Shouldn't this be handled by widgetState? 

2 - buttons can act as togglebuttons but there is no data sent on saving so the 
checked state is lost.  Button should send this on load or save or split the 
class into a checkbutton class and use that.
