requirement for __init__ in widget section for documentation is in conflict 
with the website.

Packages with the __init__.py file can't be uploaded.

I would suggest removing the __init__.py files from packages, and not building 
the files using the sphinx for widgets.

Fixed doucmentation script is handling this for us now without the need for the 
__init__.py file.
