Update and Addon listing

A fragment that displays a list of previous Roms and Addons.

The list will be composed of Cards that when clicked take you to the file viewer for the appropriate file.

Each card should show:

• The filename
• The date is was added/published
• The size of the update
• The MD5 of the file
• An icon such as a chevron indicating that the card is clickable to view
