Confogl does not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installing confogl
2.
3.

What is the expected result? What is happening instead?
Allright working is expected. But Confogl does not work because it blocks SDK 
Hooks from running

What version of confogl are you using?
2.2.2

On what operating system is the server running?
Linux

What version of sourcemod and metamod are you using?
1.8.5 of MM and 1.4 of SM

Do you have any logs about the issue? Setting confogl_debug "1" is
reccomended.
[SM] Unable to load plugin "smac_wallhack.smx": Required extension "sdkhooks" 
file("sdkhooks.ext") not running

Please provide any additional information below.
Before installing Confogl everything was OK

AFAIK Confogl uses sdkhooks, so I really don't see a reason why confogl should 
block it. Verify that you have sdkhooks.ext.dll/sdkhooks.ext.so in 
addons/sourcemod/extensions. You can also type "sm exts list" (without the 
quotes) in the server console to list all your extensions.

Confogl has an old version of sdkhooks bundled with it since confogl hasn't 
been updated in a while. It's recommended that you use a newer version. To 
install a newer sdkhooks, you have to delete the old one. So, even if you had 
newer SDKHooks installed, you'll need to delete the one from the confogl 
package.

I have installed Confogl and everything is OK.
I only installed configs and plugins, without sdk hooks and left4downtown 
extensions.
