Add ability to assess power balance of orbital simulations #29

This issue documents the addition of functionality to plot for an individual simulation, the balance of power delivered to power consumed during lunar nights, to assess whether there is a net positive balance.

I've implemented a simple script, and the results are shown below. For the optimum AMALIA case in the paper, it seems the battery does not go below 50% capacity, assuming operational power is delivered. figure_1-6

This script is a sufficient solution for now.
