I think Tania is right here. Inequality is part of the social leg of the sustainability triangle. I think adding a paragraph or section about inequality would be beneficial.
Where to put it? in chapter 1 (where we talk about the social piece), in the population chapter, or in the affluence chapter (where it would seem a more logical fit)?
