Update documentation #105

I'm finding Codo rather unmanageable. It's awkward to use and flat doesn't work on one of my computers. Vaguely defeats the purpose of auto-documentation generation.

I'd like to replace the documentation with something else.

Resolved! Moved to Read the Docs. I've left the underlying stuff undocumented, since it's well-commented.
