How much energy do we push into the IGM per Mpc^3? We could compare this to, or constrain, cosmological simulations, because this number varies from model to model.

We can calculate this energy per-class to get the energy contribution from each class of galaxy.

Extended radio sources are the ones pushing into the IGM so this is the most sensible sample to use for such a number.

The SKA will let us characterise the radio AGN contribution to the IGM over cosmic time

Because we look like M+S, higher resolution shouldn't change our high-luminosity results
