Some D-pad(direction function) problem #142

Using latest (2.0.2.96 app & 3.3.1.398 dll) and 32bit XP SP3

Need for Speed Hot Pursuit - No direction key(with AS) working at Title and 
Menu. Buttons like ABXY work. Racing operation no problem.

Darksiders - D-pad only for moving(exactly same AS). Assigned key 
features(=Swap func. button) not available.

Both direction part matter.

How can I fix it?
Just driver issue?

just d-pad mod function of gamepad
