Flipper never pinged #31

when i got to the point where i had to wait for it to broadcast it never did. Any ideas why?

If you are getting error code 200 when you request reports then everything is working as it should. That just means no Apple devices have picked up your Flippers beacon and sent a location. Bring your Flipper to a crowded area and you should see location reports come in.
