boot success but nothing happen

i have 10,3 install in my device when i load 10.1 ios from this app said success to boot 10.1 but when i check result in 3utools its still 10.3 .

What do you mean? Ramiel doesn't install any thing to your device, it won't downgrade it from X version to X version. It only boots the device.
