Describe the bug Failed to download tools.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior Download the tools.

Mac:

macOS Version: 12.0.1
Machine Model: MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020) (I know this is broken on M1 Macs but I got the same error on my Intel iMac 2017)
