28946A0B-D307-40A7-AE1B-569DEDA6AC38 Describe the issue REQUIRED - Am trying to downgrade my iPad Mini 2 WiFi to IOS 10.3.3. I get error.

Does the issue occur if you re-download the IPSW?

Never Thought of re downloading the ipsw. But will it work? Thanks man for replying. I never thot you would.
