I need the full logs before I can help.
Here is mine. I have Air 1 cellurar but without working modem so I'm flashing wi-fi firmware. After last update 241 error has gone but now there's 253 error:

after this, i tried to use './vieux -p' to re-enter DFU mode and started all again.But it doesn't work, still the same error.The device is iPad4,1,and i am using osx10.14.6

@zenevo @HanMs Error -3 should get fixed with a device reboot. The issue happens when the device was put into PWNDFU mode at an earlier time or on a different run of Vieux, usually rebooting the device and trying again fixes the issue.
